My ever cheerful auction real estate agent “J” just Whatsapped yours truly details for the 15 June auction of a 3283 SF 5* KLCC condominium at Suria Stonor. Yours truly notes the auction price of RM6** PSF is lower than the two Suria Stonor units of 5000+SF sold at RM648 and RM639 PSF in 2020 according to EdgeProp Analytics' transactions at Suria Stonor. Well, what do you think, folks? Have KLCC prices dropped low enough for property investors to start buying now?
