KL auction property market #2 - Downtown Condominium, Bukit Ceylon
Deja Vu time. More than 10 years ago, yours truly bought at auction a freehold 1500 SF 3 bedroom apartment in the heart of KL - the Golden Triangle, at Downtown Condominium for RM200 psf.
I've just spotted another Downtown 3 bedroom unit of around 1300 PSF going for auction this month at RM226 PSF.
What do you think? Is this Freehold Downtown Condominium unit a bargain at RM303,000 or RM226 PSF ?
