Lemang & rendang @ Roadside pop up stall, Tanjung Tokong

Found a pop up stall by the roadside selling lemang (glutinous rice wrapped in banana leaf, and cooked in a bamboo tube with santan or coconut milk over an open wood fire) and rendang. Traditional fare for Hari Raya, the lemang was still warm when the vendor chopped it open. Together with a tub of beef rendang, my small lemang cost RM26.
