🤠’s easy Tempura Soft Shell Crab

1. Defrost crabs and pat dry. VIP otherwise the crabs will splatter when deep fried.

2. Make Tempura batter. I use a $$$ Japanese brand Nissim . Follow instructions on packet.

3. Heat oil for deep frying. Stick chopsticks to check if oil is at right temperature.

4. Dip crabs into batter and fry till crispy.

TIP. 👌Before serving drain on paper towels to get rid of oil
