🤠’s easy Ikan Bakar Stingray
. You will need two pieces of Stingray wings, ikan bakar paste, 8 okra, banana leaves to wrap the Stingray, oil.
Tomatoes for garnishing.
1. Clean banana leaves under running water. Heat for 30s in grill till leaves are slightly wilted. Brush oil on banana leaves.
2. Marinate Stingray in a freezer bag with ikan bakar paste and a little oil
3. Wrap Stingray in banana leaves, secure ends with toothpicks.
4. Fry in wok for 10m, with wok lid on at medium heat. Turn after 5 minutes. Add okra. Reduce heat to prevent charring. Serve with sambal Belachan dip and a squeeze of lime juice.
