🤠’s easy Chicken Tikka

🤠's easy 4 step "no mess" grilled Chicken Tikka recipe. You will need two packs of chicken (enough for 2-3 portions), about RM15 from the supermarkets. I used 1 pack of wings and 1 pack of bone-in breast meat.

Marinade: 3T Greek yogurt, 2T Tikka Masala powder, 2 limes, 1T ghee, some oil, salt to taste

1. Remove any skin & excess fat. Make slits in breast meat and poke holes in wings. Pat dry with a towel

2. Mix well marinade ingredients in a large freezer bag. Squeeze juice from limes. Add chicken pieces. Close bag and massage marinade into chicken. Leave for 30m in fridge

3.Preheat oven to 225C. Using disposable gloves, remove chicken pieces and transfer to a grilling pan. Leave enuf clearance from top of oven to the grilling pan to avoid splattered oil. Use metal skewers for the wings

4. Grill chicken at 225C for 15m. Reduce heat to 175C. Remove chicken and coat with leftover marinade. For added flavor, brush with melted ghee. Cook for another 10m or until chicken is cooked.
