🤠’s easy Osyters Rockefeller

🤠's easy Oysters Rockefeller recipe in 4 steps. I use frozen Indonesian oysters on the half shell from Lotus supermarket (RM20 for a dozen). Garnishing: 3T cooking cream 1 cup spinach 2 streaky bacon rashers 1 small onion 1/4 cup hard cheese like Romano or Parmesan 1/2 cup bread crumbs

1. Thaw out oysters. Drain and strain liquid to save for making porridge or broth

2. Fry chopped onion and minced bacon until onions are caramelized and bacon is crispy. Add spinach and stir in cooking cream

3. Spoon garnishing onto oysters. Sprinkle cheese. Then top with bread crumbs

4. Bake in oven for 10m or until bread crumbs turn brown
