🤠’s easy Vietnamese Crispy Garlic Chicken

You will need a pack of 6 chicken wings from the supermarket, 1 T garlic powder, 1 chicken stock cube, 2 T fish sauce. Corn flour, 1 T baking soda

Dipping sauce : one lime, brown sugar to taste, boiling water to dissolve sugar, 2 T fish sauce, 3 birds eye chillis, chopped

Step 1. Marinate chicken wings in fish sauce. Add garlic powder and stock cube. Leave for 10 minutes.

Step 2. Heat oil in pan for deep frying. Prepare container for corn flour. Add baking soda. Tip : baking soda helps make the wings extra crispy.

Step 3. Dip chicken pieces in corn flour mix and deep fry on High-Medium heat for 2 min. Remove and drain. Fry 2 minutes on hugh heat a second time to get extra crispy chicken.

Step 4. In a sauce pan, heat enough boiling water to melt the sugar. Add lime juice and chopped birds eye chillis. Add 2-3 T fish sauce. Serve immediately with fried chicken
