🤠's easy Assam Fish curry

🤠's easy Assam Fish curry. You will need two slices of tenggeri fish, a satchet of Assam Fish paste, 10 okra,two tomatoes, sliced, two onion, quartered, tamarind juice, Assam keping, 2 T Gula Melaka, one fresh chilli, 4 Kaffir lime leaves, julienned, 1 teaspoon halba mix, Bunga Kantan, one stalk sliced thinly.

Step 1. Heat wok. When hot, add one teaspoon of halba mix. Dry fry the halba mix until aromatic.

Step 2. Add 200ml water, and Assam Fish paste. Add tomatoes, onions and Kaffir lime leaves. Add tamarind juice. Tip: soak for 30 m in hot water, use a tea strainer to separate juice from pulp

Step 3. Add fish slices. Cover with wok and cook for 3 minutes. Add okra, Assam Keping, Bunga Kantan slices

Step 4. Cook for another 2 minutes. Add Gula Melaka to taste. Serve immediately with rice.
