🤠’s easy Roast Belly Pork
You will need a 600g piece of belly pork about two inches thick , gojugang sauce, pepper, 2 T honey, 1 T oil. Tip: select a piece with a fat marbling layer. Too lean pork won't taste as good because the flavour of roast pork depends on the right ratio of fat to lean meat
Step 1 Wash pork and cut into pieces. Marinate overnight in Gojugang sauce, oil, honey. Tip: score skin with cuts that go 1mm into the fat layer - prevents curling
Step 2. Preheat oven for 5 min at 250C at fan assist setting. Line roasting pan with aluminium foil. Put pork on a rack. Place at the lowest part of the oven.
Step 3 Cook for 15 m to 20 m until done. Turn down heat to 200C after 10m. Turn pork pieces every 6 m?
Step 4. Slice pork into bite size pieces and serve immediately
