🤠’s easy Salted Egg Prawns
🤠's easy 4 step prawns in salted egg recipe. You will need 12-16 XXL tiger prawns, 4 salted egg yolks, oil, butter, corn floor to coat prawns, curry leaves (dried in oven previously).
1. Devein prawns and pat dry. Coat with flour,
2. Heat oil in wok to deep fry prawns until crispy. Set aside to drain excess oil on a paper towel
3. Heat 3T oil in a wok. Add egg yolks, cut into small pieces into oil and fry until mixture turns foamy. Reduce heat and add half of dried curry leaves.
4. Add prawns and remaining dried curry leaves as extra garnishing. Serve immediately
