CKT @Joo Hooi kopitiam, Penang Road

Of course the kopitiam at Penang Road is famous for its Penang Road Teochew Chendol, a sweet dessert with Gula Melaka and santan. The other stand out here is the Lor Bak stall. This time I ordered CKT RM7.50, Chee Cheong Fun RM6 and Assam Laksa RM6.50. The broth was strangely sweet and bland, devoid of the tamarind taste associated with Assam Laksa.
