Kafka Cafe 👍@Lebuh Victoria
A quirky cafe just opposite my hotel, Kafka is housed in a former godown. The decor is a classification by its own, a mix of Steampunk and Found Items. The owner is a collector of old machinery, Art Deco lamps, bird cages, old bicycles, old wall clocks, 1950s hifi and scooters from the 1960s. Oh and I forgot to mention the old skool toilet. A 20 feet high wire and metal gear sculpture by the owner that took two years of labor occupies pride of place in Kafka. I think it is meant to be a steampunk astrolabe.
