Susu Vegan Milk Bar 👌-35@Jetty Hall#5 mezzanine
The Susu Vegan Milk Bar occupies the mezzanine of Hall 5 of Jetty 35, a mixed use arts and craft space located at former godowns off Chulia Street. It has a 60s-70s decor theme : Lots of Scandi style wood furniture. There is an old skool ghetto blaster with cassettes. Posters of Kubrick's Clockwork Orange and Tarantino's Pulp Fiction adorn the walls.
Nice background music through a vintage JVC record player and vintage Yamaha speakers. Spotted an old James Last LP I used to own back in the 1970s. Service is friendly. The owner of the cafe put on a Joe Jackson record I spotted in a pile of old LPs. He said he decorated the place on his own through the last MCO and opened for business on 18 September.
The ground floor is occupied by a small shop selling bric-a-brac.
