Pinwheel Resto Cafe @ Chulia Street
Opened 15 months ago during MCO, Pinwheel Cafe at Chulia Street is a small cafe serving coffee, local beverages like teh tarik (pulled tea), a small selection of cakes and hot meals, eg pan fried salmon and chicken rendang. Food is halal. My rose latte was RM13.90. The barista was friendly and demonstrated how coffee art is made when I flashed my photographer business card .
