Penang's best Char Hor Fun is at the Chew Jetty Cafe. Served with generous portions of meat and seafood, the secret to its taste is that it's fried on a hot gas fired wok & a sprinkling of crispy lard. The Belachan chicken from the same stall is very good - finger lickin' good as they say in KFC advertisements.
