Dominique Ansel Bakery @ Queen's Road Central

In Hong Kong, Dominique Ansel Bakery, an international chain of high end patisseries, has 3 branches and a Pop up store at iFC Mall under the Dang Wen Li by Dominique Ansel brand. The Queen's Road Central branch is decorated in pastel shades of orange and yellow. It sells clever mousse versions of Hong Kong iconic Street Food snacks (eg French Toast, Haw Flakes and Cup Noodles) as well as the usual French pastries.

My almond croissant (HKD 42) was stuffed with almond paste and was easily big enough for two. 😋👍.
