On my second visit, I ordered a matcha latte at the Black Kettle $$$ , corner Beach and Chulia Streets. RM14. Nineyear old Black Kettle is housed in 100 year old prewar building. Besides coffee and cakes baked on the premises, the cafe has a llimited lunch menu, starting from RM 25++. There are usually three options for lunch, including pasta and a vegetarian dish.
The interior decor is dominated by a vertical garden of artificial plants. Free wifi is available.
