White Noise Records at Tai Nan Street, Sham Shui Po sells a selection of new LPs of all genres (except for pop) mostly on premium 180g vinyl. The specialist store also carries a small selection of books, CDs and record accessories like Moving Magnet cartridges from Nagaoka and Audio Technica and turntable mats

I spotted a bargain priced 4 LP box set reissue of Miles Davis' The Complete Cookin' Sessions on Prestige for under HKD 600.
