Tong Seng Roast Meats at I Santorini, Tanjung Tokong is a no frills restaurant that is part of a chain. You can find Tong Seng stalls at food courts in Penang.
I usually order take out from the ISantorini branch but sometimes I dine in. Besides the value for money rice, noodles and porridge set meals, there is a ala carte menu where you can buy a whole or half a roast duck. My roast pork rice with a herbal tea drink was RM10.
