Winn's Cafe @ Irrawaddy Road

I had heard nice things said about the authentic Nyonya cooking at Winn’s Cafe at Irrawaddy Road. The restaurant which is housed in a 1950s building rented from the state government is relocating Soon because of redevelopment . Service was friendly but a tad slow due to a shortage of staff. It seems foreign workers are having problems getting visas. Winn’s seems to be popular with both the office worker crowd as well as families.

I ordered the premium Nasi Ulam set with a dessert of Bubur Cha Cha. My bill was RM30.60.
