Seng Thor kopitiam @ Kimberly and Carnavon Streets

Old school kopitiam, Seng Thor is famous for its Oh Chian (oyster omelette) fried with lots of Wok Hei, but I found the cook uses more oil than I like. A small plate is RM12. That's 20% more expensive than Ooi Coffee House's version that I rate better.
