8 Conlay Project update #1

According to EdgeProp, Grand Dynamics Builders Sdn Bhd (GDBSB), a subsidiary of GDB Holdings Bhd and the main contractor of the 8 Conlay development project, has suspended works at the mixed-use development in the heart of Kuala Lumpur.

8 Conlay is the maiden mixed use property development project by KSK group (which has its roots in insurance). “With three skyline-altering towers ranging from 56 to 68 storeys in height, 8 Conlay is a development in a class of its own. According to Nawawi Tie Research, 8 Conlay's Tower A and Tower B is scheduled to be completed in 2023. See figure below. Drone footage uploaded by SCM Southern Corridor Malaysia on 5 August shows both towers are substantially completed, see YouTube below.
