KL auction property market update #5 - Kirana Residence 4 bedroom @RM779 PSF
A 9th floor freehold 4 bedroom unit at Kirana Residence is up for auction today (10 May) for RM3 million. My high end KL property blog 360 KLCC has several posts comparing Kirana Residence's USPs to other high end KL condominiums.
My auction agent J just sent over the details. It looks like the owner bought it as a sub-sale unit - according to J, the strata title has been issued.
