Parker 51 FP (Part 2)

A closer look at my grey Parker 51 (circa mid 1960s) with a 12K rolled gold cap. The cap shows signs of brassing at the finial end and at the lip. But the cap and the Arrow clip do not have noticeable scratches. The cap end is engraved with PARKER and “51” and “1/10 12 ct Gold” indicating the cap has a thin layer of rolled gold. There is a breathing hole next to the clip.

No cracks in the plastic barrel. The pen was serviced about four years ago at a KL pen shop with a new sac.
