Why every REN should have a LinkedIn profile

I have often heard Real Estate agent newbies say “I have a Facebook page, Whatsapp app installed on my phone, and even upload the occasional YouTube video about my listings. No need for more social media presence”. Big mistake. First that’s what 99% of newbies do. The other 1% are more marketing savvy. They get a LinkedIn profile (its free) to connect with other marketing professionals and follow companies that might be source of marketing leads.

Some clever Real Estate professionals even use Linkedin marketing campaigns to reach new or prospective clients by posting messages that offer free assistance, e.g. How to know the market value of your home?
