🤠's easy Fish Head Curry
You will need:
1. Small Garoupa fish head - I got mine for RM22 from Jaya Supermarket.
2. Tean's assam paste for seafood
3. Chillis, tomatoes, onion, Bunga Kantan - chop up
4. Option - Assam keping (dried tamarind slice) for added sourness, Gula Melaka
Step 1. Heat 300ml water in wok. Stir in Assam paste
Step 2. Clean fish heads. Pat dry. Chop or slice ingredients
Step 3. Cook fish head in covered wok for 10-12 Min. Add tomatoes etc at 6th minute. Add Assam keping. Sugar or Gula Melaka to taste. Add okra if desired
Step 4. Remove Assam keping before serving. Add sugar if too sour.
