🤠's easy Roast Chicken With Rosemary & Thyme

You will need :

1. A fresh 1.5kg chicken - less than RM10 from Lotus supermarket.

2. 3 stalks of thyme and 2 stalks of rosemary, chopped finely. Three tablespoons of butter or ghee. Salt to taste

Step 1. Clean chicken, remove giblets inside body cavity. Pat dry and leave to dry in fridge overnight.

Step 2. Rub salt over chicken. Heat butter or ghee until melted. Brush over chicken. Sprinkle chopped herbs over chicken.

Step 3. Roast chicken bottom down on a vertical roaster for 90 minutes or until chicken is done.
