🤠's easy Pork Ribs In Sweet Sour Sauce

You will need a pound of pork ribs, salt and pepper to taste.

For the sauce & garnishing: 4 T tomato ketchup, 1 T apple vinegar, 1 T Worcester sauce, pepper, corn starch thickener, brown sugar to taste, 2 cloves garlic, 3 slices of ginger, 2 shallots, 1 T oil.

Step 1. Wash ribs and steam for 40 minutes over medium heat. Prepare sauce by adding ingredients in a bowl.

Step 2 Pat dry ribs. Coat with corn flour. Shake excesses flour off the ribs before frying. Heat oil in a wok to deep fry the ribs. To get the ribs it is necessary to deep fry twice. The first time at medium heat to cook the ribs. The second time at high heat to get the ribs a golden brown m

Step 3 Stir fry garlic, ginger and shallots until aromatic. Add sauce and corn starch thickener. Add peppers cut into half. Adjust for sweetness by adding sugar or more Worcester sauce.

Step 4. Garnish with cilantro (coriander leaves) before serving immediately.
