🤠’s easy Sesame Prawn Toast

1. Peel and devein 6 large prawns. Chop two spring onion stalks. Add egg white from one egg, minced garlic & ginger (1ts each) sesame oil to taste, salt & pepper to taste. Blend in processor until smooth. Refrigerate overnight

2. Heat 4 T oil in wok. Spread prawn mix on bread. Brush beaten egg on top. Coat with sesame seeds. Tip : Press in with spoon to make sure sesame seeds are stuck in a layer.

3. Fry in wok till sesame seeds turn brown and prawn mix is cooked

4. Remove and drain excess oil on paper towels. Serve immediately with Thai sweet chilli sauce
