🤠's easy Sweet Sour Pork

You will need : a pack of soft pork ribs (about RM 12) I got my mine from Mercato. Garnishing: a tomato, onion, red and green peppers, sliced. Thumb sized ginger, julienned. One clove garlic, minced. Sugar to taste. One egg, beaten. Soy sauce. Vinegar, ketchup and Worcester sauce. Corn flour and wheat flour to coat ribs.

Step 1. Clean ribs and leave in pot of water for an hour.

Step 2. Drain ribs. Add beaten egg, soy sauce and ginger juice.

Step 3. Heat oil in wok. Coat ribs with corn and wheat flour in 2:1 portion. Fry for 8 minutes until crispy.

Step 4. Fry garlic and ginger until aromatic. Add garnishings, tomato ketchup, vinegar and Worcester sauce to taste. Add sugar if required. Spoon sauce and garnishings over ribs and serve immediately
