🤠's easy Pork Chop Escallopes
You will need a pack of 3 pork loin chops, about RM1 I, I got my pork chops from a super market at Island Plaza, bread crumbs or Japanese panko, one egg, beaten, salt and pepper to taste.
Step 1. Wash pork chops and pat dry. Slip a pork chop between two sheets of plastic. Use a meat mallet to flatten down pork chop to about 4 mm thickness.
Step 2 Season with salt and pepper to taste. Dip in egg, then coat the pork chop Escallopes in breadcrumbs or panko. Heat oil in wok for deep frying.
Step 3. Fry for two minutes, turning half way with chopsticks. Remove and stand for 5 minutes before serving with French fries and coleslaw.
