🤠's easy Halibut in Lemon Sauce With Herbs

You will need a Halibut fillet with skin on (RM15 from Jaya supermarket) or any white fish, salt and butter, corn flour and lemon sauce in a satchet. Garnishing: Romaine lettuce and French fries

Step 1 Step 1. Wash and pat dry fish fillet. Rub salt on skin. Coat fish fillet with corn flour

Shake off excess flour. Fry fish fillet in a little butter on both sides, about 4-5 minutes depending on the thickness of the fillet. Set aside in a heated oven skin up to continue to cook.

Step 2. Prepare French fries and heat up lemon sauce in the microwave according to instructions. Serve immediately with a squeeze of lime on top of the fish.
