🤠's easy Assam Pedas Garoupa

You will need two Garoupa slices, about 500-600g, a packet of Team's Gourmet Assam Pedas paste, a Bunga Kantan stalk, sliced thinly, two tomatoes, quartered, a medium sized onion, sliced, 5 T tamarind juice and 10-15 okra. Optional: Kaffir lime leaves, Halba mix

Step 1. Dry fry a tablespoon of Halba mix ina saucepan till aromatic. Add 500ml of boiling water. Add paste and stir until completely dissolved.

Step 2. Add tamarind juice, onions and tomatoes. Add Bunga Kantan. Adjust with sugar to balance taste. Add fish slices and reduce heat to cook for a furthe 6 minutes.

Step 3 Add okra pieces and cook another 2 minutes under medium heat.

Step 4. Garnish with more tomato slices and serve with steamed rice
