Kheng Lum Huat kopitiam @ Lebuh Melayu

A “hole in the wall” kopitiam, Kheng Lum Huat at corner Lebuh Melayu and Beach Street has a Wan Tan Mee stall that has possibly the cheapest small bowl of noodles at just RM3.80. The kopitiam also has a breakfast set of Kaya toast and half boiled egg for RM4.50.

Most of the dine in customers are locals. The Wan Tan Mee is not halal- plenty of lard is added to the noodles for extra flavour.
