Kam's Roast Goose @ Wan Chai

There was already a queue at 1120am outside Kam's Roast Goose Michelin Star restaurant at Hennessy Road, Wan Chai when I arrived. On the dot at 1130, the doors opened and I bagged a seat inside. Kam's roast goose has succulent meat but the skin is not crispy. The restaurant has kept its coveted one Michelin star for 8 consecutive years.

HKD 74 for a set lunch of Roast Goose, Pork, soup and century egg.
