Meraki Cafe @ Island Plaza

Meraki Cafe occupies a single ground floor lot with street frontage at Island Plaza. With a light morning drizzle, I decided to pop into Meraki Cafe to get ouf the rain after doing my supermarket shopping at the Mercato supermarket in the basement. My Flat White was RM12.

It seems to be popular with students and Millennials having breakfast. Meraki also serves hot meals , cakes and pastries besides breakfast and coffee. Service is friendly and efficient. The interior design is modern contemporary with Tom Dixon designer style ceiling lamps in rose gold. My coffee was better than average with floral and vanilla notes.
