CKT & Oh Chian @ AA Food, Lorong Selamat

Anne who used to fry Char Kuay Teow at Ho Ping kopitiam at Penang Road has moved to AA Food, an air conditioned kopitiam at Lorong Selamat. My Better Half says the CKT is one of the best in Penang. The price of a small plate of CKT with egg and two prawns, served on banana leaf is RM7. 👍
Another stall at AA serves Oh Chian (oyster omelette) fried on banana leaf on a griddle. Shaun who used to fry Oh Chian in Farlim now has his own stall at AA says frying the egg omelette and fresh oysters on banana leaf results in better flavours. A small plate of Oh Chian is RM13. Shaun gets his fresh not frozen oysters from a local supplier in Penang. 👍
