Chasen Kyoto Cafe @ Lot 10

Located at Lot 10’s J's Gate Dining at the fourth floor, Chasen Kyoto serves soft serve matcha ice cream, Japanese teas and shaved ice desserts. I think it's a fast food equivalent of a dessert shop.

Service is friendly and efficient. My shaved ice matcha dessert was made with matcha syrup, then topped with two mochi and a scoop of red bean paste. RM13.50.
