“Coffee Means The World To Us”- tag line of Knockbox Coffee

The Central branch of Knockbox Coffee is a small cafe at Stanley Street that serves hot meals as well as coffee. The barista asked me if I liked my latte fruity or nutty.

Her request brought back memories of the day I tasted a fruity Ethiopian coffee from the Monmouth Coffee Company at Borough Market, London more than ten years ago. It was a serendipitous discovery because I had noticed a queue outside the tiny cafe while wandering around Borough Market in Southwark. When I went inside I noticed a sign Monmouth roasted their own coffee beans imported all over the world, including Colombia, Guatemala and Ethiopia.

NB. I think Knockbox Coffee in Hong Kong also imports coffee beans roasted by Monmouth Coffee, London.
