Perhaps the cheapest latte (RM10) in Penang can be had at Ms Nocino at Jalan Burmah, Pulau Tikus. The brand new coffee house opened for business 5 days ago. The cafe also has value for money set lunches. Interior decor looks DIY - wood tables and French style bistro chairs. Service is efficient.
