Dim Sum selections@Hong Xin #1 DimSum Restaurant

Arrived early before 8am at my favourite dim sum restaurant at Tanjung Tokong. Doors were locked. But I was invited to enter via the kitchen. There I discovered the dim sum is made the day before and stored in fridges, ready to be steamed.

I ordered 4 beauties (4 steamed dumplings) and the Tri buns selections. Together with a pot of tea, my bill was RM31.35 👍
