6 months of 360 KLCC

My journey as a blogger started 6 months ago when my High End KL property blog, “360 KLCC” went live. I added another property blog for newbie real estate negotiators interested in broking high end properties in KLCC, “Real Estate Marketing 101” see here: https://360kiranaresidence.com/for-real-estate-agents-negotiators then a Penang photography and food blog, “Seascapes”, see here : https://360kiranaresidence.com/seascapes

The three blogs hosted on Squarespace.com were my entry ticket into social media platforms like LinkedIn (I have now +700 connections) and Facebook (+180 FB friends). On LinkedIn, my recent posts are now getting more than 200+ views. THANK YOU, dear reader, for checking out my social media posts, and for your comments. It means a lot to me, a Warga Emas in my 60s, that I can still create content ( I hope ) that is interesting and relevant to my viewers.

From a weekly post, my writing output dwindled gradually to once a fortnight, then monthly. Keeping track of the growing number of KL luxury condos going on the auction block has been a bit of a slog. At times, it has also been depressing tracking the downward price trajectory of auction high end KL properties - I think but cannot be 100% certain KL property prices must already be the cheapest in ASEAN in USD per sf .

But as Arnold Schwarzenegger said, “I'll be back” , folks with new ideas for the next 6 months. Drop me a line or two on my Contact page if you have suggestions on topics to write about. https://360kiranaresidence.com/contact-1

Thanks again, folks.
