KL auction property market update #4 - DC Residensi @ RM1016 psf

Have KL Property prices dropped low enough for property investors to start buying now?

My auction agent J Whatsapped me details of a 1160 sf unit at DC Residensi, an upmarket luxury property at just above RM1000 PSF. Back in 2018, I remember visiting the DC Residensi show units which is part of Damansara City, a mixed development comprising a mall and a hotel to shoot a virtual tour for my stillborn www.KLCCVirtualtours.com website. But on checking EdgeProp's reference price website for an estimated Current Market Value for DC Residensi, I found one transaction at DC Residensi for a 1000+SF unit at RM960 PSF.

It will be interesting to see if anyone turns up next month to bid for an auction property priced at a higher price?

Elsewhere J notes nobody turned up to bid for the Idaman Residence auction unit. So the price for the next auction in May has been reduced to RM651 PSF for the 2 bedroom unit. I wonder if that is cheap enough to entice buyers back? What do you think?
