K Residence has an almost perfect Walkability Score of 99 out of a maximum possible 100 points. I think there are few 5* KLCC condominiums that rival it for the trifecta of "Walkability" for a KLCC condominium , IE

1. less than 100m from KLCC Park,

2. just across the road from Suria KLCC - one of the top 10 shopping malls in KL, and

Another K Residence (https://www.edgeprop.my/project/k-residence-10000) unit coming to the auction block for RM3m (about RM850 PSF) in January 2022. This will be the third auction for this unit.
