GF Lobby Lounge

In 2011, leading interior design agency Geoffrey Thomas Associates, was commissioned to refresh the previous Asian Contemporary decor of the double height Lobby Lounge. The new interior design with its mix of glass chandelier, wood furniture, marble counter top, mirrored wall panels and plush sofa fabrics is Modern Contemporary.

A huge glass chandelier lit by LEDs takes centre stage, complemented by LED ceiling lights. In an early nod to sustainability, Kirana Residence was one of the first condominiums in KL to install LED lighting in the main lobby lounge and in passenger lifts to save electricity.

The lobby is Wifi enabled. A wall mounted TV screen displays news and the occasional notice from the building management. The GF Lobby Lounge was featured in a multi page write up in a local lifestyle magazine, Home Pride, in 2011. See here.

22F Roof Top Pool

Kirana Residents enjoy complimentary access to the Ascott KL’s roof top pool on the 22F. A children’s wading pool and jacuzzi is also available in addition to the main swimming pool. Take in a dip in the pool with your family or guests or relax in comfortable sun loungers.

The roof top pool deck offers panoramic views of the KL skyline and is a popular venue to watch the annual fireworks display on 31 December. BBQ pits located on the roof top pool deck are available for hire.

22F Gymn and Sauna

Kirana Residents have free access to the Ascott Kuala Lumpur’s gym and fitness center located on the 22F across the skybridge. Gym hours are 6am to 12 midnight. A sauna is also available.

24/7 Concierge Service & Security

A two person team is available to assist Kirana Residents 24/7 seven days a week at the Concierge Desk. Services include parcel delivery, umbrella loan and general enquiries.

Security at Kirana Residence is top notch with a Triple Layer System comprising :

A network of more than 100 digital CCTVs provides coverage of common areas, the car parks and lift interiors. Backup CCTV footage is stored on secure servers housed onsite in a locked cubicle at the 2F Management Office. To protect Kirana Residents’ privacy, only the Building Manager has access to the secure server room.

Secure card access into the GF lobby, Mezzanine floor, 22F pool deck and lifts. Visitors and trades people are asked to sign at the Concierge Desk. Entry into the car parks located at a podium block requires a transponder.
