🤠's easy Roast Pork Belly using Pork Bulgogi Marinade

You will need about 350g of pork belly

Marinade : 3 T Korean Bulgogi marinade from a Korean supermarket, 1 T honey p, chilli flakes (optional), red Pepper.

Step 1 Wash and cut pork into pieces. Score the skin with horizontal slits, going into the fat layer by 1mm. This prevents curling during roasting

Step 2 In a ziplock bag, spoon all the marinade ingredients, then add the belly pork. Tip: add sesame seeds if you like. Refrigerate overnight.

Step 3 Pre Heat oven to 250C on fan assist. Line a baking tin with foil. Grease a grill rack with oil to prevent the pork from sticking. Grill for 15 -20 minutes or until the pork is done. Turn the pork pieces every five minutes to grill each side.

Step 4. Remove from oven and leave the pork to rest for 5 minutes before cutting. Tip: resting allows the juices to settle inside, making the meat juicy. Slice off burnt skin and excess fat. Slice pork against the grain. Serve Immediately with lettuce leaves.
